I have not tried this app yet. I was setting up the app when I was offered a free lifetime subscription for reviewing the app, which is great, but it would be more useful if this was offered after the user had actually used the app. The interface is aesthetically appealing, but I’ll have to hold off on the rest of the review until I actually have a chance to explore the contents past the set-up portion. So far, so good!
In these days when chaos reigns, when it looks like every day we are on the cusp of a nuclear conflict, when our leaders and their acolytes are so toxic they would rather act more like dogs fighting over a bone than responsible, adult leaders, this app is a safe harbor, a refuge for the soul. Each quote or saying is tantamount to a fresh breeze of the sea or the pristine wilderness. If you are looking for a place of mind healing peace, you have found it.
ChatGPT is a generalist. This app is a mastered specialist in CBT. It just.. works. I only expect it to improve over time as the developers continue to innovate upon their already very powerful therapeutic tool. Since chatGPT came out, I’ve been hoping for someone to tweak a version of it integrating psychology toolsets. This CBT app is pretty much the best version of that I’ve found so far. I love how the developer is innovating and tweaking the tool’s intelligence and usefulness its with every update. The thing that makes this paid app different than just using the general chatGPT interface are tons of little quality of life tweaks and the behind the curtain training that equip it to know all the ins and outs of CBT therapy without getting sidetracked with buggy problems and going on tangents that the main app is known to have. Great app! Looking forward to using it for years to come.
