My previous review still applies after using this app for several months to track my symptoms to diagnosis intestinal issues. Using this app helped me to share my symptoms with my doctor and to develop a treatment plan that has helped treat my symptoms! Previous review: The interface and app features are very well-designed! I have tried to track my movements and any issues or changes with notes and pictures but I didn’t have a consolidated way of doing it. I came across this app and the ease of use makes it a breeze to track this information and to share with a physician. I have been logging intestinal issues to help my physician analyze my symptoms and this app has been very helpful in doing this. Thank you to the developer for this amazing app!

Who would have thought I needed an app to track my bowels. My wife found this app and recommended that I get it after I had gotten a new long term medical diagnosis. I have been faithfully tracking using this app for over a year. It has made communication with my various doctors so much easier. The added ability for describing consistency with pictures, weight, checking additional items, adding my own notes, and even adding a picture (which I have done several times for specific cases) is a learning experience. I have told all my doctors about it, and I have recommended it to other patients I see. Your bowel movements are not something you normally think about, but when you are having anything like medicine changes, diet changes, medical diagnosis changes, this app gives a great window to help you and your doctors be aware of any changes so adjustments can be made if needed. And the best part for me, there are no ads! Thank you very much to the developers that made this app and provided updates. You are providing a much needed service I didn’t realize I needed until I started using it.

I am a 69 year old disabled veteran with Parkinson’s and Crohn’s disease. I had an app that I had used before for years. It was simple to use. It was discontinued and when I upgraded to iOS 26, it no longer worked. I have tried for the past 2 months to find a replacement, sadly with no luck. Until last week and I discovered this program. It’s an attractive, simple to use program. I highly recommend it, you won’t be disappointed!
