Worst service from airport… charging 1.5 times uber/ ola… they provide old car which wobbles while driving… driver says airport roads are bad… Boot opened midway… rearview mirror broken and driver didn’t switch on AC as he said i have to ask for it … the whole car smells of Bidi/ cigarettes… will avoid next time

Despite paying 40% high price then Ola Rapido these guys gave me a final bill with 10% more charge. Driver blames mega, mega blames driver. Customer is never considered, do not take the ride from their kiosk at igi t3 airport also people do not download this app do not download you will end up disturbing your peace and lose money. Walk 100m and get Rapido or Ola or uber from parking. Make use of airport luggage transfer trolleys to carry your stuff. Worst can service. Not going to book ever again.

I had booked 2 cabs 3 hrs prior for airport but the cab was not assigned when I called customer care they said they will assign on next 15 min . And later called to say there are no cabs in Goa so please arrange alternate cabs. I had with me 4 senior citizen . If I had not called customer care I doubt they would have even called to say they can’t keep commitment . Please shut down this app. I don’t even wish to rate you 1 star
