I’m quite excited to be acquiring a pair of Meermin shoes. I am somewhat disappointed that several of styles were not available in my size. Nevertheless, I look forward to opening carton when my shoes arrive.
I ordered shoes and matching belt for my wedding. The shoes came with stains and cracked soles. The belt was a different color than the shoes, even though advertised as the same color. When i contacted them, they told me all the shoe deficiencies were design and the belt isn’t supposed to be the same color because of different treatment. They told me to send the shoe to them at my own cost, and if THEY believe there are defects, they will issue me a store credit or a new pair and reimburse the shipping. If THEY do not think there’s deficiencies, i will have to pay for the shipping the defective product back to me. Very disappointing experience.
Excited about time meermin got a mobile app.
