Can’t get the sound to work on the videos. The flashcards were written by a seven-year-old. Awful app. Do not purchase this package.

Videos Not Functional
None of the “app exclusive” videos work, the pages come up blank. The regular videos that can be accessed from the website function normally.

Sound on videos not working
All videos won’t play the sound, even when connected to headphones, Bluetooth anything :/ Finally saved up for this study guide and can’t access half of the material from this issue. Looking forward to a resolution
