MCB Live

The previous version of MCB Live was quite slow, at times just frozen/ unresponsive and very moody and I was really looking forward to an updated/ new user-friendly version which finally came some time ago. I was thrilled to download the latest version and had high expectations of a smooth, smart and reliable operating system but it was not to be. Current App doesn’t just open up so often and even when it does it wouldn’t respond to my touch and wouldn’t just move forward to next step. Sometimes it just does not display the Balance and you can’t transfer funds to your family and friends or pay important time sensitive/limited bills. It’s frigidness and No-response attitude is very annoying and time wasting and hence needs urgent attention, repair and launch of a better user-responsive/ friendly version like that of Meezan Bank or HBL Bank App etc., please.

I am a new user of MCB Live. MCB Live app is not working. I was unable to login. When I was successful to login, app did not respond, freezing issue, unable to go to back page. I wanted to pay utility bills but unsuccessful. It was very frustrating to using MCB app. I went to local bank to pay utility bills. BAD App. Waseem

Overall app was just fine as it developed by paki developers. I was hoping to see performance improvements but since last year I only saw layout changes but nothing too much. atm it’s been 3 days the app isn’t working, when I send payment to beneficiaries it takes too much loading and send me back to the home page. 2nd If I ever wanted to send money to mobile accounts, it gives me currency error as it never appeared in PKR. Please fix issues.
