This app used to be great. I was using it for almost anything that you could use it for. But it's been two months since the billing and top-up feature is not working. It says service unavailable due to technical difficulties. Sometime it just keep on buffering and then hangs up. Now, it's just getting awful these days. Meezan better hire some better developers for a seamless experience. Now a days I have moved completely to my SCB application to pay all the bills. I’m using Apple phone with iOS.

Account transfer moves automatically to the next screen without allowing you to select your own account. This is on IPhone. You have to move back to go the previous screen.
Also, for feedback, unique nick name should not be mandatory and allow anonymous review. This is basically discouraging to provide reviews as I tried 10 different name but all of them are taken. You should make it easier to provide review and not harder.
Otherwise, the app is good.

Using this app for more than 5 years for sure.
Never had any major issue.
I was having difficulty login as somehow my profile was blocked. Reached support via their email and truly appreciate that their staff reached me on my international phone number and instantly resolved my issue after necessary verification.
