MBO Cinemas

I can see the apps has improved alot of its features. Now we are able to purchase the ticket and directly scan the barcode instead of queue up. Also the showtime is very practical for us to check the time. However when buying ticket it is still not possible to get middle seat for two person because it still asked us to leave some gap for the seats. People who manually queue up are able to buy seats wherever they want at the counter. Overall I like how MBO is continuously improving.

The apps launched shows that MBO is willing to change to meet the demand of the customers. However it served no purpose if the customer buy the ticket through app and still need to line up to get the ticket at the counter. Would be grate if cinema could have the scanning through mobile purchase to avoid long queues at counter and to allow member to order pop corn and drink via apps and just need to line up at the cinema for collections.

Bought a ticket but app doesn't show ref/booking number. Fortunately I received an email. And after arriving to cinema still have to line up again to retrieve the ticket? Double bummer. App must be improved. Please Remove all the big movies cover pictures. I more info of a movie, a fancy cover pic serves no purpose. Maybe separately create a movies description area? I just want to buy a movie ticket quickly. And same to all cinemas pictures when we need to Select Cinema. It serves no purpose. I won't be able to differentiate a cinema by their interior picture and would never ever do that when I want to quickly buy a ticket. It's sorted by alphabet which make looking for a cinema more difficult. You have a preferred cinema option u made me select when I sign up an account, how bout Show that first? Otherwise sort by your most popular cinema because I doubt Alor Setar or Batu Pahat is your biggest cinema. Also for a new user like myself I am very confused by the dozen of diff pricing u have for one movie. I don't know what's the diff between Adult Standard vs VIP and all the single / share pack tix. Maybe more info on those instead? A simple page to all the diff pricing and how it is diff from each other would be great.
