I have been getting error messages on the app on both my iPhone and iPad that appear before I am even given the option to enter in any login information. When I called the customer service line to try to resolve this, the woman raised her voice at me and kept insisting that I just needed to change my password even though the error message would appear as soon as I opened the app on both of my devices. She continued to raise her voice, yelling the phrase "it's really not that deep" and would not allow me to speak to anyone else until I expressed that I felt uncomfortable. Even when I was handed off to another woman, she kept having me repeat the same steps and said that I should contact Apple about the issue, even though I am also unable to access the site through my PC. I understand that this is a local bank, but this experience was awful and I still don't have access to online banking. I just wanted to see if my last paycheck had gone through.
For a bank that claims to be independent and different it gets really old when they can’t fix this stupid app. Numerous numbers of your customers and people are sick of dealing with this goofy and glitched out app. People getting locked out from their accounts, 3 times I gotta get face verified, logging me out, error codes. FIX THIS
I mean, it’s not super great but it’s definitely not bad. A whole lot more user-friendly than Chase and Bank of America put together!! Sometimes there are issues but they can usually be solved by turning your phone off and turning it back on again. I do wish the app had more functionality for example chat feature to chat with agents.
