Has good member services and convenient locations and hours. On the downside, it’s very inconvenient that they’re not open anymore on Saturday. If you ask the employees if it’s gonna open on Saturday again, they don’t know. Thinking about going back to my regular bank. At least be open to 12 on Saturday for god sakes.

Poorly put together. To verify your information, it offers a text or call option. Except the text option is always completely blacked out making “call me” the only choice. I have never once gotten the confirmation phone call. I made sure to accept calls from unknown numbers, deleted and re-installed the app and still nothing. Disappointing.

Good app but would be awesome to have a check deposit feature, so you could deposit checks from your phone.
