I play a lot of merge games I like this one because there are no ads and the graphics are cute. I’m only on level 19 so maybe things will change but so far there isn’t enough room on the board and the storage is very small and expensive the diamonds are on the higher end cost wise but energy seems to be fairly easy to obtain. It could use some extras like offer better packages and do some extra games to earn rewards. Also the cool down times are pretty long even for the highly used generators it can be anywhere from 2 min to 30 min when your plugging away and the generator stops it’s a little frustrating. Also they don’t offer separate storage for generator items so everything is clustered on the board which can be frustrating cus I have to delete things I need. So far it has potential so I will keep playing.
After trying a bunch of other merge games and deleting after a while of playing, I wasn’t expecting much different from this app but figured I’d give it a chance. I’m so glad I did: from the storyline, the graphics, to it being vertical instead of how most games are horizontal. You don’t get to choose the changes but I honestly don’t mind that because the story is pretty captivating. It’s very simple and straightforward and a calming game.
That this is a new game is clear. It’s fun, with good characters. There’s a mystery at the core of course and I like the matching. The base mechanics are all there. I think it just needs some refining to become a game I’d stay with. Right now, I pop in, play for a few minutes until all my bases are charging then leave. There is no incentive for me to stay. Since I have no control over the design of the areas in the game, they don’t interest me. I barely read the talk panels. I think more interaction with the areas by way of design, and maybe a bit more info to give me a reason to care about the missing character would help. Until then this gets 4 stars. 3 for the game, and 1 because it’s brand new.
