This game is truly amazing for a phone app. It has a ton of depth, cool looking characters, and and interesting plying style that has kept me coming back everyday. That being said... My account got suspended today for 3 days because of the recent ”superstore” abuse. I did not know there was any abuse going on. I logged in, found a store that had ”sale” on it and went and bought things. The next day I log in and my account is suspended for abuse... How was that abuse if it was on sale? Sure I saw things that were available to be bought for 0 jewels but I though this was part of the sale.. How was I supposed to know it wasn't supposed to be like that? I love playing the game and I don't appreciate getting my account suspended for something that wasn't ”supposed” to happen. I don't think it's fair... If it wasn't supposed to be that way then just take whatever was bought from the inventory, why am I suspended for something that wasn't my fault?
I really like this game. The allies are cute and fun to collect, the dungeons are interesting and game play keeps me coming back. That having been said, the reason this game doesn’t get the full five stars is because of the premium currency rate. I upgraded my tavern to rank 8 and then I started to notice that hire tier allies were showing up, but not for gold, but for premium currency. Not just a small reasonable amount either, 100 gems for a middle tier ally. A basic summon for a single ally in the market is 30 gems making the tavern allies practically a scam. The exchange rate for premium currency is way off! Nearly 30 usd worth to have a basic summon of 10 allies and nearly twice that for a guaranteed higher tiered ally, and the same price for a small chance at new allies. The in game profit for gems significantly drops off once you have finished exploring the map, making it nearly impossible to afford ally summons. A lot of things like industry research also cost gems to perform. Basically, the game is fun when you first start out and then unless your dedicated and willing to wait for opportunities to make gems, your game play slows significantly.
This game actually surprised me. It’s super unique with a TON of unique characters, each with their own specialty. It’s takes a moment to get the hang of setting your characters to fight, stay at dungeons and then to level up your town. Once you get it all rolling, it’s pretty fun leveling up all you people and finding bigger and better dungeons and monsters. The game has some good humor as well and as you go they add cool new features for you. This is a great set up where you could play for an hour straight since there’s no “stamina” to hold you back, but you could be off of it for the whole day and it’ll slowly gain resources and money for you when you’re not playing. My only complaints would be it’s can be a little... laggy or slow when you click certain things and takes a second for it to register. It’s not annoying but it’s noticeable. I would also love to see a better way to click on an item you want to know where to find and it shows where to go, but with small pictures instead of just a long list with the ones you own in green and underlined. But I still love how this game is set up and I’m determined to catch the coolest monsters and discover everything.
