Buyer beware!!! If you buy from this site and have any issue at all it will take days to hear back and will be a shockingly bad experience t trying to get any help at all from their customer service team. I’m telling everyone I know not to shop here and will be deleting the app immediately after my first awful experience with a double purchase going through and they are doing zilch absolutely nothing to help in facilitating a positive customer experience. Seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY- they don’t care about their customers experience AT ALL!!!!!!

I like the clothes and furniture on this site. I’ve never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. The site would not load. Then it did and I couldn’t use any of my cards to pay. It was a mess and very frustrating. I reached out to customer care via email. They were extremely helpful and courteous. And I was able to final complete my purchase. So I want to commend the customer care department for helping me work through this problem.

I love using the Maisonette app., I had a pleasurable experience shopping for my toddler. The app gives you easy access to everything in the site and offers special discounts from time to time.
