Rigging the game
This game use to be fun , however after I achieved a high score of 82,000 points I have never gone past 12,000 and whenever I’m close my next game is impossible to move and match anything ! It’s as if they don’t want you to win !

Not paying points
I have been playing this game and earning points on the story minutes however I was at 862 rewards out of 1000 and it stopped paying me my points so I am not getting any more rewards. I tried to contact the help help section and I sent in pictures of my screen showing how far I have gotten, but I’m still not getting those rewards.
