Service is good and App is easy to use and friendly leman use. If Credit Card Payments mode is included it will be more easy to pay

I would like to share my feedback regarding the high interest rates being charged by Mahindra Finance. While the company provides easy and accessible loan options for customers, especially in rural and semi-urban areas, the interest rates are comparatively much higher than other financial institutions and banks. Such high rates increase the total repayment amount significantly and put unnecessary financial pressure on customers, even those with a good repayment history. I believe Mahindra Finance should reconsider its current rate structure and make it more reasonable and competitive. Reducing the interest rate will not only help in improving customer satisfaction but will also build greater trust and long-term relationships with clients. Offering flexible repayment options or lower interest for regular payers can also motivate customers to stay loyal to Mahindra Finance. I hope the management reviews this matter seriously and takes steps toward making the finance process more customer-friendly and fair for all. Thank you.
