Magic Word - Puzzle Games

This game worked fine the first day I downloaded it. I purchased one of the remove ad packages. Now the game crashes constantly. There is no contact support for this game! I sent a message through your general contact page and got no response! If you continue to refuse to assist me I will contact Apple and request a refund. It’s been almost a year since my first review. No response to repeated support tickets. Zimad, your last update was four years ago! Appalling that you won’t fix this game! DON’T GET THIS GAME!!! Months later and the app still crashes. Zimad, it is against App Store policy to have an app that crashes repeatedly. It’s way beyond time you fixed this game.

I like this level of puzzle play but all the sudden now when I close a partially solved puzzle, when I return to it, the puzzle is empty. I closed the app, reset my iPad, same thing keeps happening. Also I have started having issues where the coin will not open, very annoying.

I didn’t get passed chapter 3 before the screen went black after an ad. I exited out and tried again and the same thing happened, except it removes a magic energy bottle every time I try again without actually being able to play. They just need to fix the bug. Edit: The problem is fixed! Thanks!
