Domino Rivals: Board game

Before I decided to pay the $30 to play the game it worked great. I love domino’s in different apps but this one has been my favorite up until I paid to play. Once I paid my money to become a member or whatever you may call it, everything is gone down downhill. The first week or two everything was fine and I was very happy. Since then, it has been one problem after the other the first problem was it just kept saying trying to connect and it would spin and spin and never connect. Finally, you all was able to fix it and for one full day I played and had a great time. Now when I try to play it works fine unless I have to draw a domino. When I draw a new domino, I can’t play the new domino and I can’t go any further in the game. I have to leave and come back in if I wanna play. And as soon as I have to draw the problem starts all over again. I am so tired of reporting to you in the game. I haven’t heard anything for two days. I don’t know what you’re doing if anything and I’m tired of it and I want my money back.

I downloaded this app about 2 weeks ago. I love playing dominoes it’s one of my favorite games. There is a option in the game to purchase a spin of the wheel. A Super Spin. I paid.$1.99 +tax for the spin. When it was time for me to spin the game kept buffering and didn’t allow me to. But it did charge my card. This happened 2 more times. I tried to purchase was charged and no spin. When I reached out to the support team instead of them reimbursing me or adding the coins to my account. They said I had internet issues and the would not reimburse me for what I paid. I have no internet issues. The issue is only with this app. Also the issue only occurs when you purchase things on the app. The app was updated as requested and the issues should’ve been fixed. But the were not. Instead of refunding a customer they chose to blame the problem on the customer. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP. DONT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO BUY THINGS IN THE APP EITHER.

Out of all my years of being alive, this dominos game has appealed to me the most. The range of game modes in here are absolutely insane and can suit any play style. 10/10 totally recommend
