I booked a service and confirmed the appointment multiple times on the same day, including sharing the location, building photos, and unit details. My scheduled appointment was at 4:50 PM. At 4:11 PM, I received a single call from an unrecognized number—not the company’s official line. As I often receive calls during work hours, I didn’t answer. At 6:00 PM, I contacted the company to ask why no one had shown up. I was told it was my fault because the maintenance team called and I didn’t answer. I asked if they had tried to call again or at least sent a message—neither was done. They simply called once, 40 minutes before the scheduled time, and decided to cancel the appointment when I didn’t answer. No follow-up, no message—just silence. To compare, I tried another company for HVAC cleaning. Their technician confirmed the appointment on WhatsApp in advance. I saved his number, and when he called me while on the way, i couldn’t answer as i was in a meeting. ButI knew it was them, so i was able to whatsapp them!!!!. That’s how customer service should be handled! Sadly, the customer service representative from the first company insisted they did nothing wrong. It’s disappointing to see such a poor understanding of basic customer care. We still have a long way to go when it comes to delivering reliable service and accountability. I won’t be using this company again.
