Louvre Visit & Guide

The Louvre is so massive it can easily be overwhelming, especially on your first visit. The 2 hour guide made it very easy to see the main exhibits while providing audio and written history. Thank you!!

I am surprised the museum does not have an app that provides a map and location of famous works. I am visiting the museum today and bought tickets on line at the museums site. I read reviews of other museum apps and this one scores well so in downloaded it and I am about to delete it. What a waste of time. When you open the app and search around there is no map. There is an icon that looks like a map and when you click on it there are a bunch of add on charges. $2 euro for this $3 euro for that. NOT A FREE APP AT ALL DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Just publish your cost on the App Store page you just create a horrible user experience. If it’s this bad free how bad am I going to get ripped off paying for each line item. You start with distrust from the consumer from the start. It’s like buying a car and they don’t tell you the price till you sign on the line and then hit you with an insane dollar amount. Same experience with the app. Shame on Apple for not making them publish the cost of the app on the App Store page.

Great guide inside the museum. Simple and intuitive. The thing is that is not only an audio guide ora simple guide, this app gives you a walking tour inside the museum which is quite innovative. They don’t have any map but they guide you using pictures with some short text which is really easy and you don’t get lost. I totally recommend.
