Just got into London at St. Pancreas. Hopped the Northern line got two stops in train died. Everyone out. Standing on crowded platform because they can’t get the doors closed to take the train out of service. Platform 3 is a “real real issue”
No search on the tube map. No current location on the tube map. Does not show favorites in the route planner. Can’t clock on favorite to see station on the tube map. th app is useable, but barely.
In the app description, it says there is a feature to find the exits so I can know which carriage to board, but I can't find it in the app anywhere. Overall it's an okay app, lacks UI polish and needs to think about the different ways users want to get data (like a clickable map)
