The app for the phone is amazing! This is my second lone with Loan Depo and been able to do everting in the app on the phone. Very easy, and my Sales manager who has helped me both times,Debbie Calixto is AMAZING!! Walked me through what I needed to and sent me links and kept me updated with the app. Both times she has been great and got things done in days, not weeks or months like my last mortgage company. Debbie has got Loan Depo not just one, but several loyal customers, as I tell everyone about her!

Please allow principal only payments to be put in a queue while the main payment is being processed. It’s almost like they don’t trust you making the main mortgage payment and a principle only payment is blocked for days. It doesn’t have to be this way, other mortgage servicing companies are more flexible. In addition, more of the main website functions could be brought over to the app. The app is stable, no apparent bugs and has worked fine minus the built in limitations of when extra payments can be made.

LoanDepot is by far the best mortgage company I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a customer. Although large, LoanDepot provides outstanding personal customer service along with user-friendly technology effectively meeting needs of customers in an effective and efficient manner. The end result is LoanDepot exceeds customer exceptions in ALL respects!
