Still enjoy this app & the idea of encouraging disposing of litter & recycling more at home is a fantastic idea & the competitive element is fun & the rewards very useful & you feel rewarded for doing the right thing. However since the new upgrade it takes much longer not so much fun when disposing of litter in a public bin getting strange looks photographing & waiting or in the rain by outside recycling bins at home. Yes you can save the photos & upload but this sometimes gets stuck & you have to delete the app loose your photos & reload app. Also one of the new features the waste/bin day reminder is great but mine reminds me just before midnight on the collection day when it has been collected hours before or I had forgotten the reminder would be too late. There also seem to be less coins it seems to if it gives you recycling advice it doesn’t tell you if it’s been submitted or not.

I’ve been litter picking for over 3 years now, and while I can keep where I walk litter free, unfortunately I can’t walk (and litter pick) everywhere. So apart from using this app myself (won £15 in 11 days) I am also promoting it in our local town / area to try and get everybody to ‘bin / recycle’ their own litter. Both daughters now use it (and I’ve also contacted the local secondary school too). Glad that the ‘claim your prize’ is now working (thanks to an app update). The app improvement I would like to see would be a way to clearly see which money you have claimed (and banked) and which is still to claim as at the moment there is no separation of this. (Could just be a simple colour change?) Thank you for making my litter picking ‘fun’ and this app is in my top 3 apps (of all time). Well done LitterLotto, keep up the great work. We do regular litter picks so submit a lot. It tends to crash and close the app after every 10 pics or so. There are some improvements that could be made ie. when you win a prize and have claimed it, the prize page says it’s been claimed because as of now it just shows what’s been won and not what’s left to claim/been claimed. Instead of just a total submissions you could add a monthly one too so you know how you’re doing for the month. Could do a local leaderboard to encourage some friendly competition and even more litter picked up. It isn’t all negative as I know this is a new venture and a brilliant one. The app layout is very easy and looks good. Once some changes are made it’ll be great. A really great effort to make the app and get the companies behind it to support it. Well done.
