Lifted Lifting is an amazing community of women who are dedicated to helping each other grow not just physically but all around! Since getting the app and going premium, not only have I lost 20 lbs, but I have gained friends and formed lifelong relationships with women who are always in my corner fighting for me. Who also have the same interests as me! There is absolutely no negativity or judgement. Elyse has clearly worked so hard on this brand and is always keeping in touch with the lifted girls and going above and beyond for us! You will never find a better place for fitness and friendship. 🤍

I’ve been a loyal customer to Lifted Lifting since they first opened. I even had their app before this one. But anytime I go to renew the app subscription, which is $25, it doesn’t register in the app that I renewed it. So it blocks my access from the app/ workouts even though I paid. I brought this to the attention of Elyse the first time it happened. She said she “sent it to her team” and I never heard back so I just deleted my account. I came back with the new challenge and made a new account. I renewed this account since it expired and the same thing happened. I can’t access the paid features even though I have paid. I told Elyse and she once again said she “sent it to her team”. Yet it’s been multiple days of silence. The workout routine I was doing is now ruined because I can’t get to it and she simply doesn’t care. She still posts in the group chats and on social media, though, of course. It’s honestly disappointing and I will not be purchasing the app or any merchandise ever again.

When I heard there was nutrition, workouts, and a group chat for accountability, I was so in. There are many different workout plans for whatever goals you try to achieve in your physical and mental activity journey. There are many other nutrition plans for anyone trying to lose or gain weight, even if you’re on a vegan diet.. the group chat is fantastic. All the girls are very welcoming, and I found an accountability buddy within a few weeks of using the app. I now text almost daily, and we check in with each other. It is so great, mind you. She’s two hours behind me time zone-wise, so it’s really cool that we matched up our schedules and became each other‘s accountability buddies for this journey. I have met so many amazing women worldwide just from this app. It is so cool.
