Liberty Bank and Trust Company

I have used this app on an iPhone for nine years, but this week it no longer works. Up until then I would have given five stars as I do most of my banking this way. Please fix this problem. I may not be the only bank customer having this problem. Thanks for your attention to this problem.

I opened a new account and it is a long time for things to process. I also still not received my debit card after 12 business days over two weeks counting weekends. I also had an issue with my direct deposit not being available until a business day after it was posted.

I use the app often for checking business balances and to see if deposits posted or checks cleared. I also use it to determine if any fraudulent charges appear on my statement. Last year, someone fraudulently gained access to my debit card. I saw the two $59 charges in this app, and called Liberty bank before 10:00 AM the same day. Using the phone’s Touch ID allows me to log in quickly with the touch of a finger.
