Lexus Dashcam Viewer

Wi-Fi connectivity does not work. Should not have to remove SD card to retrieve video.

I downloaded this Lexus viewer because the latest lexus main app won’t work on any iPhones running iOS 17 or higher. I confirmed that iOS 16 works using an old iPhone 8 running iOS16 on the regular Lexus app. My hope was this newly released Lexus viewer app would help address the iOS 17 and 18 issues, but this app won’t even connect at all to an 2025 Lexus nx450h+ with factory installed dashcam. At least the regular Lexus app will connect with iOS 17 you just can’t view any saved recordings nor does live view work either. So I have to carry a microSD reader inside the glove compartment just in case of a crash to show footage to the police. For Lexus vehicle they need to get their act together and fix these apps. I even contacted Lexus corporate care and they don’t even care and just told us to work with our local dealer — very poor customer service!!
