Learn Icelandic For Beginners

It is amazing if you don’t know Icelandic and want to learn or have any family members that speaks it

from the start i was looking at this app and i’m like this might be useful because im trying to go on a trip and have Icelandic down prior to going but even though i was thinking it was nice i knew something had to be wrong. i get this app to learn and this app can’t even provide. i was looking and i was like hey i kinda wanna know how to hear this word. i kept on clicking and i couldn’t figure it out so i just quit it deleted the app and the best thing i could think of doing was rating the app to inform people not to download it. the intention was good but the execution was not. do not buy this app if you are not fluent in Icelandic. 😁also i don’t wanna be interrupted by ads every 5 seconds. HOWEVER… for those still looking for a place to learn icelandic, go to drops. it’s free unless you want to get premium and you study 5 minutes per day. really useful and i’ve learned many words.

This app is about 500 buttons with the correct text and spelling of Icelandic words and phrases, but when you press the button for pronunciation it is an ENGLISH text-to-speak. So its basically a book of a couple hundred Google translated sayings and no educational information. Not even pronunciation guides.
