Since May of 2017, I have used LingQ daily for German (C1) and more recently for Esperanto, Spanish, and Greek (A2) reading. The ability to upload your own content (ebooks, website content, etc) is my favorite aspect of it, so I can read material that interests me. I’m in a Masters of German Studies Program and am usually able to find ebook versions of my assigned readings, which is then wonderful to be able to use with LingQ. I also like the feedback of seeing how many words you know in that language (even though every inflection is considered a separate word, it’s still a fun gauge of progress). There doesn’t seem to be anything else out there like LingQ, and I use and have used quite a few language apps.
