The work of laundry king is good. sometimes they are delayed but most of the time it’s punctual. why i rated 3 is for the app. despite completing orders and paying the order takes no update. it still shows my first order is pending payment. although after that several orders have been given and received and paid. i had called up the given number they promised to update it on my account in the app but nothing happened. and as a result im not being able to make online payment I have to give COD. pls do something

My initial experience was far from good. Note the sequence of events: 1. Put in an order for pickup. No one acknowldged, no one came. 2. Called the outlet, they acknowldged the order, said would send someone. Yet no one came. 3. Wrote a review saying they're a fraudulent company. Received a call immediately with someone requesting me to withdraw the review. Note: still no focus on why the customer is upset but huge concern on the negative review 4. Finally, on realizing that the only way to address the bad review was to actually provide the promised service, they sent someone to collect my clothes and deliver the laundered items. The cleaning is ok. But everything else screams incompetence. The only hope is that they are concerned about customer reviews. So hopefully, they'll improve. Tge

My first experience with them was very bad. They took nearly 3 weeks to deliver after they had informed me that it’ll take 2 weeks. The delivery person, when he finally came told me that there were a few issues and such that needed to be solved and which they had resolved, so everything will go back to the normal timings provided in the app. I was a bit sceptical about it but in the end thought I’d give them another chance, and I was pleasantly surprised by their punctuality the second time around and every time after that. Talking about service, the dry cleaning is good and well packed and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely recommend this to others.
