Lane Rewards by Lane Bryant

I agree with other reviews about the lag time when you click on an item. The website is not much better in this instance. But what I ABSOLUTELY hate is that I have to login in SEVERAL times when I am in the app. And if I want to check my balance or pay my card, there is a separate login which then logs me out and I have to log back in again. I would rather it just take me out of the app (like other apps do) rather than log me out. This does NOT happen with any of the other store apps (JCP, Belk, Walmart, Sam’s, Kohls, Target). I don’t understand why they can’t get this fixed. And I really wish they would implement a pick up in store option or even show me if a certain item and size is available at a local store, again like other apps. Get with the times Lane Bryant!

This app is horrid and always has been. It’s easily the worst app I engage with. Primary annoyance: I click on something and about 30 seconds later it loads the page which because it takes so long makes me feel like my click didn’t register so I click again… only if DID register it just took a half century to load. Only now that I’ve clicked again on the same link spot, once the link loads, my second click opens up some unwanted item that happens to be in the spot where I clicked on the first page! The worst is the “back” button… I set my filters for my size and all that and if I look at an item and want to go back to the filtered list, if I hit “back” once but it takes so long I worry my click hasn’t registered so I click “back” again and now I’m at the page BEFORE my filters and I have to establish my filters again. Massively annoying! Literally none of my other shopping apps behave like this, just Lane Bryant. I keep waiting for it to improve and it’s as bad as ever. Clothes 5 stars, App 0 stars.

I have one small pet peeve with the app / LB’s website. I go to Lane Bryant primarily for the excellent lingerie (please bring back the soft satiny pink floral and lace chemise from summer 2017, btw! So comfortable but pretty and sexy, I’d buy three in other colors). It bugs me how complicated they make it to find coordinating panties for bras. You find a bra. Then you have to leave the bra page, go to the panties page, and search for matching panties, sometimes through dozens of options before you find what you’re looking for. Please make it so when you select a bra and color, you can see links to coordinating panties. It would make online shopping so easy. Not to mention sell more. If there is a pattern or color I love, I am likely to buy it in every cut and style of panties you make, but only if it’s easy to find. So in the store I can find them all easily, but online it’s a chore. If I have to hunt online just to find one coordinating pair, I’ll stop with one.
