I have several Kodak products and I love them, but this app is so bad. I don’t ever leave reviews on things, but it’s extremely frustrating. When the app did work, it wasn’t user friendly and I hated that there were many fonts to choose from, but there’s no way to preview the font before you select it. Now, every time I open the app it immediately crashes. I have tried everything to fix it (clearing data, turning my phone off and back on, deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, etc) and nothing has worked. This makes my label maker completely useless because it can’t be used without the app. I’m really sad I can no longer use it. Hopefully this gets fixed soon!
I cannot get this to pair to my iphone no matter what I try. it’s detectable via bluetooth on my imac, but not my phone. i can print with the camera feature but that’s not really what i bought it for. wish I knew it wasn’t compatible with older iphone models before I bought it. super disappointing!
I’m an iPhone user, and this app has not been easy to use because it doesn’t work properly. Here are a few issues I’ve found: 1. When the keyboard appears, there’s no “X” (close) button or any way to hide it, which is frustrating. 3. The app doesn’t display emojis or icons that I can easily select.
