The app is running very slowly
The app is running very slowly when logging in and loading product pages. Slow performance makes it frustrating to using this app and pages take too long to load, and it disrupts the overall experience

Misleading Numbers
The numbers shown in the app are misleading as the returns are not annualised. I cannot even see the number of days invested so I can calculate the wt. avg annual return and HPR on my own. Cams app is much better. Also, the raise a query does not work. Nice way to prevent people from raising concerns

Pathetic Service
There is no contact for support services and no one is responding on chat/whatsapp option. I raised the complaint as well but not received complaint number on email as well as no one contacted. Purchased money deducted from account before 3 days but still purchased mutual fund not showing and status is in pending. It is too much frustrating....very bad service.
