Broken eMandate process, pathetic user interface, constant failures, everything is abbreviated for god same please provide some details. Don’t use short forms everywhere. App aswell website both are pathetic

Previous Sessions Active, and doesn’t let you in

The day was about to close, i had to redeem my mutual fund from this app. It suddenly logged me out. Ok fine i’ll log back in. But when i’m trying to login, it says you currently have a active session log out from it first and until then cannot login. Arey you are the first who logged me out, and when i’m trying to log back in, you again say session is active. It disnt let me login for 30 mins and locked me saying too many login attempts. Finally the day was closed and i couldnt reddem on time. Such a worst app this is!!!!!! Never use it.
