I’m going to be 70 and with over coming a total knee replacement it’s nice to have FitPulse. They take in consideration my age and abilities. I was going to a water aerobics class but it’s not always easy to leave and have that time. Having an instructor either by a human or the AI generated it’s nice having instructions. Not to mention food information and diet. I just started but I’m sure this will become a daily thing for me!
I was filling out all of the info and one of the questions was “what are you worried about the app” or something like that and I clicked “ too expensive”. It then took me to a screen and the first bullet point said no subscription needed. So I thought to myself oh that’s nice so I clicked continue then it probably took a page where I had to sign up for a subscription and I was like are you kidding me. I looked up in the corner and there was an X so I clicked the X thinking “Yay I can do this without having to pay” so then I clicked start workout and guess what it told me, I needed to sign up for a yearly subscription and I was like “what! This app lied. I said I didn’t wanna pay and they told me I didn’t have to pay!” so unless you wanna pay, don’t get this app!😡
I am a person that hates going to the gym but I’ve gotten so lazy lately so I wanted to try and start something catered to me. I love that you can choose what areas you want to focus on and if you don’t love one of the exercises you can choose a different one and that you don’t need any equipment. Definitely worth the money and I haven’t missed a day! I started 2 months ago and I haven’t felt this great in years!!
