App reviews are not a thing i do but this one is worth it. This app fills a serious gap in budget German learning tools with real explanations and opportunities to drill a lot of the complicated concepts other apps skip past or can’t handle. This app is currently very reading-centered in its instruction and practice (vs speaking or listening like most other apps) which is especially helpful for academic learners looking to move quickly to advanced grammar while focusing tightly on reading skills But what inspired my review was the response to in-app feedback I submitted. I sent in some comments on some weak points on the flash cards. When I logged in a day or two later I had a message from the developer saying they were rolling out new features to address my concerns within the next one to two days! And those changes are already live with this version update. And demonstrating that responsiveness wasn’t a fluke, I found and reported a bug yesterday and had a new notification today with a personal thank you. Even for a new app this seems exceptional in my experience. I’m quite pleased at how handy the app is already and delighted to find a developer that’s so invested in the practical usefulness and usability of their product.
