It took me 3 months to activate my account which is completely unacceptable when NCLEX prep is time sensitive. Impossible to easily navigate and access study recourse, lack of flexibility to access study recourses, lack of support, rationales for answers choices and content are vague and unclear, poor customer service, genuinely feels like they don’t care if you pass or fail, they just want your money, after both virtual and in person review sessions I have felt less confident of my ability to perform well on the NCLEX. Now that im practicing I will NEVER recommend this service to any other student trying to succeed on the NCLEX

The app has been messing up all week. It keeps saying app needs to be updated. I updated it and it still keep saying that and won’t let me do any qbank questions anymore. I have to keep deleting and reinstalling the app everyday. This is nonsense!

App logged me out and will not allow me to log back in. I am able to log into the website with no issue yet on this app it keeps stating “incorrect password/email.”
