There are only rationales for the correct answer and not to explain how the other answer choices are incorrect. I think there are errors with some of the questions (which you can report). It doesn’t help explain to you why you missed the question. Therefore still leaving you confused. The practice exams are not like the real exam; there are only 40 questions and you’re timed to 30min (not like the NCLEX). I think other apps would be better. I would only recommend if you have other apps and simply just want new questions.

I usually don’t write reviews but really found this app to be incredibly useful for helping me study for my RN exam. The scores for each topic helped me with my other notes as the subjects I thought I was good at turned out to be some of my worst. Definitely recommend for those looking for something to help with the nclex prep.
