Level Up RN

I love the level up RN online flushable but they’re accessible on the app? Would seriously take this app from a 2 star to a 5 star!!!!!

I wish she would make her videos with like a cartoon or large captions instead of her face talking. Relevant pictures or stuff on the screen or relevant video of the thing with cool graphic images of the topic would be more helpful then just watching her talk. Makes me feel like I’m in a boring class lecture where pictures and stuff could be more fun. Or her self in a cartoon making doing or showing the topic she’s talking about something like that would be more fun

I have tried multiple times to sign-in to the mobile app - the only option it gives me is to sign in using SSO (and routes me to a webpage), will not allow for direct entry of my UN and PW into the app. When I go through the SSO, it says my UN and PW are wrong, but they are NOT! For grins and giggles, I even reset the PW (more than once) - still did not work. When I go directly to the webpage (without going through SSO on the app), I can successfully sign in! What is the issue with this app? This PW glitch makes the app completely useless!
