I have paid for service and have been using this app for several years. Recently while watching a series, the app stopped working. It’s been two days and cannot get help to fix it. I have reset passwords and still not working. So disappointed as they already have my full payment for the year.

Poor Quality TV App: Not Worth the Price or Your Time For the price we are paying compared to other apps, this app is subpar. It lacks basic features such as settings, bookmarks, and the ability to automatically play episodes. There is also no option to create a favorites list, making it difficult to keep track of shows or episodes we enjoy. It seems like this app was hastily thrown together without the consumer in mind. Furthermore, it's disappointing that the app caters to a Hispanic culture but doesn't deliver the quality that this community deserves. It's almost as if they don't think their customers are worth the effort. Well, I don't think this app is worth my money. I've decided to revoke my membership and take my business elsewhere. Overall, I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a quality streaming experience. There are better options out there that are worth your time and money. —————- Por el precio que estamos pagando en comparación con otras aplicaciones, esta aplicación es mediocre. Carece de funciones básicas como configuraciones, marcadores y la capacidad de reproducir automáticamente episodios. También no hay opción para crear una lista de favoritos, lo que hace difícil hacer seguimiento de los programas o episodios que disfrutamos. Parece que esta aplicación fue elaborada apresuradamente sin pensar en el consumidor. Además, es decepcionante que la aplicación se dirija a una cultura hispana pero no ofrezca la calidad que esta comunidad merece. Es como si no consideraran que sus clientes valen el esfuerzo. Bueno, no creo que esta aplicación valga mi dinero. He decidido cancelar mi membresía y llevar mi negocio a otro lugar. En general, no recomendaría esta aplicación a nadie que busque una experiencia de transmisión de calidad. Hay mejores opciones por ahí que valen su tiempo y dinero.

I was watching Asya and last episode that was upload to the app was 183 , when the whole series is 202 episodes. I am trying on the iPhone / iPad and tv apps and none has the missing episodes. I am trying to find costumer services number , email or anything to contact , but the website isn’t working neither. It only works to subscribe and pay for the membership. Interested.
