A little slow to load the information

The app works fine. Almost every pump can filled tank without problems. The problem is if you have to change a payment method in your account. Simply can’t do it. When almost complete, the app closes. Then begin the nightmare. The only thing is to call, emails didn’t work. The persons are very friendly and courteous. But they don’t solve problems, they refer to a technical area and that will take “three to five days “. I’m still waiting after two weeks.

The app is awesome, fast and reliable, perfect for people in a rush with busy lifestyles. The problem really falls in some gas stations that rip off the QR labels from their pumps, and others just plain decline the transaction to force customers to enter the store and pay inside, in order to see if the customer buy something else other than just gas. I personally think that that is a bit selfish in part of the owners because there is people who really really need this kind of app because maybe they’re late for work, or having an emergency and need to move out quickly. And they make them go inside to pay and also some of the times we have to waiting in line for a couple of seniors playing lotto.
