The last three orders I received had at least one product damaged. Not sure if it was in transit or at the packing facility. Overall I am pleased with everything except the damaged items. Thank you! UPDATE: Customer service is fantastic no complaints there. I have downgraded my original 4 stars to 1 stars. I ordered from Jet, my order was to arrive on Saturday August 25th. It did not show up. I left a review for the shipping experience. I was immediately contacted about either getting a full refund or having the items ordered replaced. I requested they be replaced. My first order that did not show up, showed up on Tuesday. The box was banged up really bad and half of the items were damaged. The replacement order showed up Wednesday and they were not damaged or banged up. I don’t understand why the first box was enormous for what I ordered, it was not a lot. That box got thrown around and the poor packing is to blame as well for the items being damaged. Fed Ex delivered the first order late and clearly did not handle that box with care. UPS delivered the replacement order and the box was fine, not banged up. Because this is the third time I have received damaged items I am no longer shopping with Jet. I don’t know how many packing facilities there are for Jet, but I do know someone is dropping the ball and not doing a very good job of packing the items people order.
Great app. User experience is fluid, clear and at your fingertips (also who doesn't like to see their savings pile up in real time?). Makes shopping actually fun and exciting. Why 2 stars? Because once you pile up items and submit your payment in good faith, you will receive a host of emails cancelling your purchased items one after the other. Why? Because their participating merchants don’t need to report inventory levels or being out of items so they sell out-of-stock items. Sometimes merchants just regret their own low price and cancel. This happened to me 6 times in 5 minutes baths, spending as little as $17 and as much as $1284. This ruined holiday gift for family. Moreover, when most of the parts for a closet project were cancelled I decided to chuck the project. Told them to cancel the rest. THEY REFUSED. “Jet can’t cancel orders” (even though they are the merchant of charge on the card). Unacceptable. Can’t shop Not knowing if items will actually be processed. Fool me once, shame on you, twice, three, four, five, six times -shame on me.
I love to shop thru Jet. Sometimes the prices of some items are more than locally so I just wait on them for when I can get out. If I really need it I will buy it because some of the prices do go down with the number of items you buy etc. All in all I find almost anything I need here. I use other apps to shop thru to save even more. I’m not really healthy and suffer from severe chronic pain daily so getting out is difficult. Shopping for large amounts of items is also hard on me physically so shopping online really cuts that chore in half! Anytime there’s ever been s problem Jet takes care of it immediately. One of the best online shopping experiences ever. Thank you Jet!
