Jaguar Route Planner

The app always close after starting it up. When I search for an address in the app and select it then press "start route", the app closes. When I re-open the app, it closes immediately. When I delete the app and re-install it again and login. It works again for only one time.

I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews. But the app gets the job done. You can enter the destination address and it will then sync on your Jaguar. It requires setup and turning on the mobile data connectivity. But it finally does work. There’s a 1-2 minute lag with the sync as well. Would be better if it was all one app as others suggested. And if the sync was faster. But overall a nice feature once its setup correctly.

I am giving this two stars. One star because I like my F pace the second star because part of the InControl Remote does work . The most important part to me is the remote START feature. This does NOT work ( after multiple attempts — reinstalling etc). Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common problem ! Seriously ....Jaguar ....did no one actually test this before they rolled it out? NASA can operate the Mars Rover from 136 million miles from Earth . Perhaps Jaguar can consult with the IT people at NASA. Anyway I am leaving my Jaguar at the dealer I bought it at to see if they can get this problem fixed. I would hope the developers of this InControl App actually read reviews and fix it !
