The update that happened about 2 weeks ago made this app absolutely horrible to use. I recieved push notifications telling me to fill out my info for the day when I already had (this did not happen prior to that update.) Further, it seems like it doesn't "remember" all of the info that it should. I will update that I [did X medical thing that happens once/week] and where it previously would not ask me about said thing for another week, now it continues to ask as if it had forgotten my previous entires.

The first week after I got it kicked out and lost all my log info and had to get help. Now another week after it’s fixed. Took my password and just spins and spins forever. Not the best for consistency working. Needs a debug.

I have been doing the daily diary for 7 days, submitting it and being told it was submitted. Today I got a call from the clinic saying they had received NONE of them! This is a serious issue for an app that’s supposed to track testing. TWO DAYS LATER These guys reached out to me and spent almost 48 hours working with me to figure out why my data wasn’t sending and how to get it to the study. I have never experienced this level of support before and I am incredibly impressed! Thank you!!
