So I waited 20 mins to place my order and there was no cashier up front to take my order. All of them were working in the back. So I left to run around and do and errand. Come back another wait because no chaser to take order up front. Kind of wanted my burger so I could catch my train to work….but delay delay delay. This was for the location at Fashion District in Philadelphia.

This ButgerFi app is a great tool to have to save time when you don’t/can’t go into the restaurant to scream your order over the blaring music or loud televisions playing, sometimes simultaneously. However, there are unexplained glitches that occur every now and then. No one in the store can explain it or help. However, reporting bugs in-app does absolutely nothing. The customization of orders are helpful and the selection on the app is different from what you are permitted to order in store. Possibly based on your Fi status. If they could resolve the app issues, like when the app won’t even load, it would be very helpful.

I have made several purchases in-store b/c my preferred credit card (AMEX) always shows in the app as a credit card that is not supported by the store I frequent. Knowing that I don’t make a ton of purchases, I never really check my rewards balance, but today, I checked the balance, and it says my only visit was in December 2023. That’s completely false, but I have received NO credit for any of my other visits even though I scan my app in-store every single time. So all those other visits were a waste. Very disappointed with the faulty app that is not giving me credit/rewards.
