I'm now unable to report any items either through Apple devices or Samsung smart phone for your organisation. How difficult was it to let your clients know that an upgrade was in progress and I question how many of your older users who are quite comfortable using technology but don't believe that they should be upgrading devices every 5 minutes are now able to do this instead of spending minutes on the phone trying to make contact with the call centre service. Absolutely shoddy customer service, full marks for yet again surpassing my expectations of how much worse your service proposition is.
