Didn’t work at first last year deleted the app only downloaded it again a few weeks ago works great now , update your phones and the app .

Terrible app work really badly for 3 days. Slow to update. Refreshing doesn’t actually tell you the temperate or if the heating in actually on. You have to change the temperate for it to refresh which takes a few minutes to load and now just says “something went wrong” 99% of the time

Got this app when I had my new heating system installed and it worked ok for a month. Now doesn’t do anything and it doesn’t talk to my thermostat. This is so bad because obviously people want the app to work so they can control their heating and save money. Doesn’t look like they have even tried to fix this problem with all the bad reviews. You state people save money with your system but half of it doesn’t work. It’s False advertising!
