This app has been really great the past several years. I’ve preferred to use it instead of the one which was provided with my system. However, upon updating a few days ago I can no longer access the individual cams. The system displays but when tapping on a channel it never loads the video. Wondering what happened.

Ive only had these cameras for maybe 3 years. They green it would keep promoting me to put in the password even though it was already there. No w over the past 6 months maybe a little more I can’t even get a picture. I have 4 cameras. One went out approx 6 months ago, black screen. Still shows alike it’s recording but nothing but a black picture. Now all four are doing it. The other 3 were in and out at first but now consistently now they’re staying black screens but still recording. I’ve tried restarting them over and over but nothing. Waste of money to have to replace them only 3 years later

Honestly, this app is a mess. It’s slow, crashes often, and constantly logs me out. Every time I open it, the screen brightness randomly jumps to max … super annoying. And there are way too many ads, even when I’m just trying to check my camera. Replaying footage barely works; I have to try multiple times just to get it to load. But the real problem is the whole system. The cameras themselves don’t last … mine started breaking down after 8 months, and barely made it to a year. Save yourself the stress. Don’t waste your money on this system. There are much better and more reliable options out there.
