I’ve tried many different chord reference apps (both paid and free). So far this is likely the best one available. I was looking for one that was comprehensive, included movable forms, multiple variants and included chords in all neck positions. I wanted it to include recommended fingerings too as well as the most common to more obscure forms. The only thing I would suggest is a paid add free version.
This is simplest yet most complete chord app I’ve used yet. I just have a few suggestions... 1) Having Scales included would make it even more useful when practicing. 2) I can’t find any in app purchase option to pay for the ad free version, or restore purchases made from the iPad version. 3) A few other chord apps now have the ability to listen to songs and show you the chords to be able to play along. I would happily pay extra for that ability.
This has the best interface of all apps I’ve tried. You have everything on one display, no submenus or switching between screens. With two taps you select your chird snd that’s it. A great plus is it changes to Do-Re-Mi mode with a tap. The interface is very customizable with various guitar sounds. Some users reported that there are sound issues, I have not experienced that, everything works perfectly.
