This system is garbage poor customer support crashes every day every day MV readers disconnect printers don’t work system goes down nobody on the other end for customer support and when you try to leave they tell you gotta pay to break your contract. Do not use this system it is garbage.
App used to work and was great to keep track of sales through the day but the last couple days it keeps logging off, won’t allow me to log in and is just not reliable.
My business had Breadcrumb/UpServe/Lightspeed for eight years… It used to be a great platform, steadily making improvements and with good customer service at a good price. Since UpServe was acquired by lightspeed it’s become horrible. The customer service is not helpful, the prices are the most in the industry and contract renewal is a miserable process with them. We moved to another provider for a fraction of the cost and have been well pleased.
