I think that it would be great if you’d create in the app as well the option of seeing the last order. In my case, i wanted to see what i ordered the last time and i had to open to desktop version in order to be able to see it. Other mobile apps give the option to see past orders, it would be great if you would too.
So I wanted to order a half and half pizza today, with both halfs custom made. After selecting completly separate toppings for each half, I placed the order and to my surprise, upon delivery, both halves had the same ingredients (the ones set for the second half although not really because somehow they mixed up mushrooms with olives). After some investigating I noticed that the order history clearly states one of the toppings to be mushrooms, yet on the box it said olives. It didn’t bother me that much and I took the ‘both halves the same’ issue as an important lesson to pay more attention at checkout next time. I then decided to place another order for a pizza with toppings the first half of the previous pizza should’ve had. I got burned again when after an hour of waiting, the order suddenly disappeared from the tracker and after some calls to the restaurant and the delivery guy, the order has indeed vanished. tl;dr: got burned twice in one evening while trying to get a half and half pizza. Pro: pizza is very good Con: their network seems to sometimes delete orders made through the app. Their app could also use some work
I was logged with the Facebook and today and couldn’t. I tried even making another account using my google profile, and if I wanted to disconnect and reconnect, I wouldn’t have the addresses nor the phone number or another informations of my address. Please do something about the Facebook log in thank you.
