Very unreliable Bluetooth connection
Device itself works well but software is very flakey in respect to Bluetooth connection in that 50% of the time it fails to connect and it is torture to "forget" device and "re-pair" and retry numerous times in the hope of a connection.

Poor reliability for expensive unit
iPhone not able to connect since IOS10 update. Previously connection was difficult to attain regularly. Had to turn tester and phone off and on until they found each other.
